Despite the abundance of Italian restaurants in the country, you'd be surprised by how rare it is to find GREAT Italian pizza. I've been to countless Italian restaurants in my decade-long stay in Thailand, both in Bangkok and Chonburi but very few are memorable and worth returning to. Many people assume that being Italian automatically makes you a great chef, but that's just a stereotype. Many authentic Italian restaurants make GOOD pizza, but I always felt like it was either too expensive (for what pizza is worth) or simply not at THAT level an authentic Neapolitan pizza should be and taste like. Frankie, at first, didn't inspire confidence in me. The name certainly doesn't sound like your typical Italian restaurant, which is why I postponed checking it out for such a long time and boy was I wrong doubting it. The other reviews were absolutely right, pizza here is absolutely fantastic! My only regret is not coming here sooner! Prices are reasonable and the taste just takes me home. Give this place a try, you won't regret.

Craft beers, great house wine, extensive menu, some amazing speciality items, exquisite chef. I'd been ordering from them for quite some time on Grab so was familiar with the quality of food. However dining in is another level. Comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and fantastic ambience.

This review is for the restaurant. Simply world class pizza. There is no point in reviewing this in the context of pizza in Thailand because they are really better than most western restaurants in this regard. I only have had pizza so far, but the mentality was clear: no compromises on the raw materials. That is what sets any restaurant apart in thailand. Many people can follow a recipe, but not many are willing to go the extra mile to get truly authentic ingredients. The prices are really reasonable, actually the same as the other inferior restaurants in Pattaya. The location is a little bit off the beaten path, but that is a good decision for the calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely rooms at a reasonable price. The location is great with the beach and Jomtien night markets only 300m away. The bedding is firm yet comfortable and the quality linen makes for a pleasant sleep. The rooms at the rear of the building are naturally quieter than the roadside suites. We initially booked for 2 nights and found the hotel enjoyable and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel seemingly has no staff or representation until 12pm each day. This makes it difficult to check out or extend. Some key room upgrade suggestions for management - towel hooks and a larger bathroom shelf for essentials and toiletries. Otherwise Thanks for the great stay 🙏

We own 2 restaurants both Italian and by the time we close very few restaurants are open past 9:30PM. Another restaurant owner in Jomtien told me we should try Frankies that it was open until 11PM. We took his recommendation! I must say the food and service was excellent! The staff was on it the whole time we were there and took excellent care of us. Very unusual to find this kind of service in Jomtien. It shows the owner has put significant effort to train his staff on customer service, which in my opinion is the most important in any restaurant. I would have liked a little more garlic in my Vongole but thats a personal preference. The dishes were served quite quickly and were prepared with care. Will be visiting this restaurant more frequently 👍👍
